Responsible to manage the organization and provide strategic direction to the team with a direct communication line to the Board of Directors;
Responsible to identify strategic partners and develop new strategies, programs and projects to contribute to the CHATA’s goals and positive tourism development;
Responsible for all CHATA communications such as press releases, statements, reports, board meetings, member meetings, annual general meetings and interviews;
Responsible to initiate and oversee innovative marketing, brand and tourism awareness activities;
Manage and inspire the highly functional team of CHATA and manage relationships with members & external stakeholders;
Responsible to represent the CHATA in the public and private sector both locally and internationally.
